Bespoke orders

Please contact me by phone or email to discuss your ideas for any bespoke item. Do take a look at my galleries of past and present designs for some inspiration I am always happy to give an estimate of cost once I have an idea of what I am to make. A 50% non-refudable deposit is required once the order details are confirmed. Between 2 - 6 weeks notice is usually needed, depending on the complexity of the design.

Online Payment

I accept all major debit and credit cards through my secure payment processing partner PayPal. PayPal is a globally recognised, secure method of payment.

After filling in the delivery details on the checkout page, click anywhere on the PayPal logo to confirm the order and be transferred to the PayPal secure site.

When you reach the above screen, click on the word 'continue' that I have indicated with the red arrow. You will then be taken directly taken directly to the PayPal page where you can securely enter your card details directly. Note that no card details or any other information entered by you on the PayPal site is visible to the Michele Dawn website.

Payment by Telephone

If you prefer, you can confirm your order and pay by phone on 01763 273668. Please have your debit/credit card details to hand. You will be answered by a real person - this is not an automated response service! If we are busy, please leave a message on our answerphone and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Standard delivery is charged at £5.00 per order. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail's First Class Recorded service which will need to be signed for upon delivery. Parcels with Items totalling more than £100 or express delivery items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. These will be delivered the following day, requiring a signature between 8am - 2pm. Special Delivery is charged at £7.50 per parcel.

Returns & Refunds Policy

I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you wish to return all or part of your order, you may return or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Please email me in the first instance if you wish to return or exchange any item.

Providing the items you wish to return are unworn and in perfect condition in the original box, I will make a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Please be sure to return your parcel by recorded post or obtain a proof of postage receipt. Please note that I do not refund delivery charges, or the cost of returns postage.

Items which have been made as a bespoke order cannot be returned unless faulty.
