This navy blue fascinator is perfect worn in any length of hair.  Shown in the photograph, the navy blue fascinator is sewn to a clear acrylic comb.  Please choose from either a clear comb or narrow fabric covered metal band.  If your hair is very short or very fine, I would recommend selecting a hairband.  With thick or curly hair either option would be fine.
