Lulu Fascinator - Navy Blue (other colour choices)

The Lulu fascinator has navy blue loops with navy feathers, or feather colours of your choice, set on a clear comb.

A stylish deep blue fascinator for a wedding or any formal occasion, making a statement yet not overpowering you or your outfit. 

This versatile fascinator can be worn either to the left or right and can be sewn to a thin organza covered band if preferred (please select below).  If your hair is very short or very fine, I would recommend selecting a hairband.  With thick or curly hair either option would be fine.
